The Flabby Middle

A keynote that names the six structural gaps killing execution in your organization. Your audience will leave the room knowing exactly what is broken and why.

Your leadership team knows something is off. Strategy is clear. People are capable. But execution stalls and nobody can explain why.

You have tried offsites. You have tried team-building. You have brought in speakers who motivated the room for an afternoon and changed nothing by Monday.

This keynote is different. It does not motivate. It diagnoses. Your audience will hear their own organization described with uncomfortable accuracy. They will recognize the patterns. And they will leave with a shared language for the problem that has been costing you money, time, and talent.

That shared language is the starting point for everything that comes after.

What happens in the room

The Six Gaps Named

Your audience meets the six structural gaps that form in the middle-management layer of every growing organization: Clarity, Alignment, Accountability, Trust, Feedback, Influence. Each one diagnosed with stories from real Nordic companies. Each one landing because it sounds like theirs.

The Misdiagnosis Exposed

For each gap, I show what executives typically believe is the problem and what is actually happening. This reframe is the moment the room goes quiet. It is also the moment the real conversation begins.

The AI Amplification

Every gap existed before AI. AI made them lethal. I show how speed, complexity, and automation have turned manageable weaknesses into structural failures. Not to create fear. To create urgency.

One Thing They Can Use Monday

Every attendee leaves with at least one diagnostic question they can apply immediately with their own team. Not theory. A question they can ask in their next meeting that will surface the gap in real time.

From the people who booked it

Florin presented for the third time at Passion for Projects Congress in Stockholm, at the 15th edition of the congress. He delivered the keynote “Bridging Leadership Gaps in Projects” to the audience of 300+ project professionals.

Florin delivered an engaging keynote with very tangible takeaways and many tips and tricks for improving your leadership. As always, Florin’s presentation style is very professional, truly inspirational and very generous with self learned lessons. Several times throughout the session I smiled as I recognized the situations he described, combined with the simple, but powerful twists. I found the keynote really inspirational and I will use the learnings in my own leadership.

— Katarina Strömberg, President, PMI Sweden Chapter

What I noticed in the room during Florin’s keynote was a clear shift in engagement, people stayed attentive throughout, and the discussion continued with thoughtful questions immediately after the session.

What sets Florin apart as a speaker is his ability to translate complex leadership challenges into simple, structured frameworks that are easy to apply. His “chain reaction” from clarity to influence, combined with concrete 1% shifts, made the content both practical and relevant for the audience.

I would recommend Florin to event organizers who are looking for a speaker who brings structure, clarity, and actionable insights, particularly for audiences working in complex, matrix environments where alignment and accountability are ongoing challenges.

Two formats

The Keynote

40–60 minutes. Conference stage, leadership offsite, or company event. I diagnose the six gaps using stories your audience will recognize. They leave with a shared language and one diagnostic tool they can use immediately. Best for 50 to 500 people.

The Extended Workshop

Half day. Everything in the keynote plus a working session where your leadership team applies the diagnostic to their own organization. They identify which gaps are most acute, where they cluster, and what to prioritize. Best for 15 to 50 leaders.
